Primal Power has been approved for play, though for the time being the book's Barbarian materials are not available as we assess their potential impact on game balance.

Update 10/30/09 Primal Power is now approved in full. -Imara

The following materials from Divine Power are presently banned from play:

Hero of the Faith
This feat has been removed from play pending an expected edit from Wizards.
Pacifist Healer
This feat has been removed from play for reasons of gross imbalance.

I'm assuming Pacifist Healer is still a no since it was not errated, but what about Hero of Faith?

Hero of the Faith is definitely now approved for play, sorry I thought this was clear with the new Errata. Good eye Nathan.

Martial Power 2 has been approved for play, with the following caveats:

The Martial Practices are not currently approved, as they are being reviewed to determine their compatibility with our item creation rules.
The Combat Style feats may be revised/renamed, again to better determine their fit in the Terres setting.
All other material, as is always the case, may be re-evaluated should concerns arise.

The Player's Handbook 3 has been approved for play, with the following exceptions:

Races: Minotaurs, Shardmind and Wilden are not approved.
Classes: Ardent, Battlemind and Psion are not approved at this time, but may be at a later date.
Optional Rules: Hybrid characters are not approved.

Dragon Annual 9 was long ago approved, but somehow managed not to be marked up as such.

Since there's a lot of material that is either not Terres-friendly or just stupid, here is a list of the articles permitted:
